Life can be incredibly hard, and faith can sometimes feel distant in the midst of pain. But I believe that trauma, anxiety, and grief don’t have to define your story. With the right support, you can find peace, clarity, and purpose again.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, I specialize in providing faith-based counseling for Christian women and teen girls who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the deep wounds of trauma. Whether you're carrying the weight of past wounds, navigating a season of uncertainty, or longing to feel more connected in your faith, I offer a compassionate, Christ-centered space where you don’t have to walk alone.

I provide virtual therapy across the state of Florida and bring over five years of experience using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness—always integrated with a strengths-based, spiritually sensitive lens. I believe each woman’s story is unique, and I tailor our work together to reflect your values, needs, and goals.

Outside the therapy room, you can find me walking in nature, visiting local coffee shops, listening to my favorite podcasts, attending Pilates classes, or spending quality time with my family and friends.
